All of our activities are planned and delivered in such a way as to work with and preserve the very delicate natural environment we have on site. With an instructor on board, this two-and-a-half hour session offers an introduction to the basics needed to helm and crew. You may want to treat the lesson as a taster for trying out a new sport but it’s also perfect for beginners who want to progress and continue learning a new hobby or lifestyle.
The Getting Afloat (Start Sailing) course is an introduction to the sport, covering the minimum knowledge required to get afloat under supervision.
The Foundations of Sailing (Basic Skills) course is of two days duration and develops the skills to sail independently.
The two-day Better Sailing course consolidates basic skills and improve techniques learned in Level 2. The lesson includes an introduction to the advanced modules.
